Bugatti Veyron by PES Tuning

A contract to prevent resale and a contract to prevent modification are 2 different things. Show me where a rep from Bugatti or vag say that customers are not allowed to modify their veyrons and I'll believe you otherwise it's just Internet fanboy speculation.

About mansory, they were allowed to do what bugatti let them, nothing more.

Modifying the Veyron results in a voided warranty, and makes it so Bugatti won't service the car anymore, making it practically useless, seeing that no one else but Bugatti can really service it.
Theoretically, you can do whatever the hell you want with it, but it doesn't make any sense to do anything to it.
Like Brobbins said, 250+ is pretty good.

What a hit to PES if anything goes wrong. And that's even if this guy is telling the truth.
On the topic of modifying veyrons. I don't understand why most wouldn't do the conversion to new headlights. Is it something that is able to be completed at the factory?

Definately an expensive car to risk modifying. But to some a million is nothing I guess.
I can understand why one would want to modify it tho. Modded 997's and GT-R's are beating them in 1/4mi, 1 mile runs.
