I have heard from many people that the Prime minister of kuwait owns 2 one 77s,
numbers #1 and #77 lol i guess when he parks them next to each other he would say 1 77 :P

He is also known to have the worlds biggest and largest aston collection in the world

Yeah, I also definitely think those are dealer plates.
I've seen so many cars shot by Icy-J with the same plates. Too much coincidence for it to be something else, I guess!

HK dealer plates. LHD cars can't be registred in HK. This particular is rumored to go to the mainland China.
