Why does it make that noise after gear shifts when Horacio is driving it hard? It really doesn't sound flattering.

Well I understand that it has turbos. The loud whining is quite a tell.
What I don't understand is why it needs to sound like as if the car is breaking wind.
I hear the same thing on the new M5. It just sounds really weird to me.
