Koenigsegg CCXS is a "One of One" car. Whats the different from the CCXS? The chassis is lowered, the brakes are slightly bigger and stronger and the engine is the bio-ethanol version with 1018 bhp. Also, several parts of this CCXS is mounted. There are also bigger exhaust and a manual gearbox. The gearbox is a lot stronger than the semi-automatic version with the paddles on the steering wheel.

No, it's a CCX with a bio-ethanol engine upgrade and some other upgrades. Notice it has an early style gauge panel; I would place this car around 2007/early 2008 production. During this timeframe the paddle shift transmission would not have been available.
I've had a good guess that this is car #047, but have been unable to confirm that. Here are some pictures from the 2007 Dubai auto show (I think), as it was originally configured:
