No - that car has been done like that for the better part of a year and was done by Specialty Car Craft in Los Angeles.
It is chassis #784 of the XJ220S TWR's of which only 5 or 6 were made. Originally this car was a bright turquoise.
You might want to study some history, like perhaps the 24 Hrs of Le Mans 1994 when the XJ220C should have won.
