Maybe im taking things out of context here, but in "veyron is a rapper's car now"; I understood Rappers should not drive Veyrons, ;Why would he say that? i don't know.
That is why i replied saying, these Veyron owning rappers (Diddy, Birdman etc..) do deserve to have them, because they worked hard for it, and probably had it harder than most typical Veyron owners whose wealth was in a lot of cases inherited.


Same thing with the people who own Roederer Cristal or wtv, people in the Hip hop circles made Cristal what it is today, then they have the nerve to turn around and say things along the lines of "we'd prefer it if they don't give our brand [Cristal] unwanted attention" .

Birdman lost his parents at a young age, along with a sister, then made it to become a multi-millionaire.

An old university friend, whose father was a one point a telecom billionaire, used to say things like "he hated rappers, for making socially irresponsible music".
I told him, while you grew up in private schools, nice houses, private jets vacations; Some people live in the ghettoes and feel like they have no way out of it other than making "socially irresponsible music".

I'd rather rap, and make something out of it then starve and live in the ghetto all my life. At least its legal, and i contribute to the economy. Provide jobs.. wtv

 

You get your durag all in a bunch every time anyone even hints at a negative "urban culture" stereotype. But you repeatedly go and make blanket comments such as 'most Veyron owners money is inherited.'

Either practice what you preach, or stop being so damn sensitive.
