Last weekend, there was a couple of events in addition to the usual Exotics@RTC gathering that takes place. Thanks to the efforts of a few including TommyJames, Lexus was able to bring one of the two Lexus LF-A demo cars up here to the NW for a number of demo test drives by a few lucky exotic car owners. I was one of them. I'll write my impressions once I get the photos from a friend of me driving the car. For now, these are some of the photos that I took from the events on Saturday. I wasn't able to make it to the Sunday event at the Chateau Ste Michelle winery because I was doing the Ski to Sea event (story here).

The interior of the LFA is amazing... so bold.

The rest is amazing. I prefer the full leather interior over the alcantara.

 

Amazing photos! Apparently there are rumors of a LFAII with a 8-speed double clutch system and some other tweaks that might see production.... seems like the big gripe on the car (other than the price) was the "old" transmission technology they used.

 

I didn't think the transmission was that bad. I'll write more about it soon.

 

Can't wait to hear your thoughts. I wouldn't mind a video either...
