London, because it's such a big city and it's easy to find cars, expecially on summer with the arabs in town. Also, while not car spotting, it's a great city to visit and great places where to eat or have fun.

Actually I'm not a good spotter, but travelled alot, so will add my few cents based on where I have been myself here:

1) Monaco, great combo of small and amazingly wealthy place, where you just walk or enjoy a dinner and see exotics driving by, basically you don't need to find car, they are just around. And not for spotting only - amazing place to visit and to enjoy.

2) London, especially in summer - areas where all cars are well-known, so easy to find and there is amazing amount of them around. Also great city to visit, to have a party, have a dinner and so on.

3) Summer hot-spots at French Riviera as MeanMachine mentioned.

4) I would give 4th place to the Swiss cities like Geneva and Zürich. Plenty of amazing cars on a daily basis.

5) Also such cities and resorts as München in Germany where I spent plenty of time, Knokke-Heist in Belgium, Portofino in Italy and Marbella in Spain are filled with great cars. Same goes for Paris, also especially during summer season.

Outside of Europe - Dubai, but you have to know the hot-spots, Dubai Marina, Malls and so on, not so many good things you can see driving-by and Hong Kong, just opposite you can see great cars driving by basically every few minutes.

Singapore, especially in the near town. But many cars are garage queens here

Most definetly LONDON.You will find high class exotics every 5 Minutes in the winter and in the summer...i dont even know how to explain. My "record" was 5 different Bugatti Veyrons in 12 minutes!!! Nothing comes even close to London imo...Just think about supercar season 2010 in London...we had 6(!) Veyrons,a Koenigsegg CCXR,a Zonda Cinque,5 different LP670,countless SLR McLaren, countless Ferrari 599...3 Enzos.I mean i cant imagine any place on earth where you can find more exotic cars on one spot. And in Monaco you will only find rare exotics in the summer or at Top Marques. And to be honest a lame F430 or a Bentley CGT is not a "real" exotic to me (anymore)
