Maybe I was a little, but I don't blame them for a second and I would do the same without a second though.

The car is parked in front of Park Place Bodyworks. Meaning where you get repairs done for body damage for the Park Place dealerships. Noone parks there that often and you can park how you want. It's either Ken, owner of PP, or someone has messed up something on their car. And the body shop is ordering the part.
