Lightbulb Autoexpress: Bugatti Veyron Successor to be lighter, more powerful and reach 270 mph

Thanks to the member exRockstar who posted the link to the new Autoexpress issue with some rumors about Bugatti Veyron successor. I have purchased that issue and here is the full story. According to the information I have Bugatti will stick to the two model run in future - über-luxury 4-door and a supercar with possible further versions of 4-door car. I am not confirming that this article is true because its too early to speculate about specs, design and so on, so take the news in the article with a pint of salt. But one thing is for sure - Bugatti is thinking about Veyron successor and this car has all the chances to be above amazing.

Now what D55L told makes more sense. I had info about three possible futures. 4 door, Veyron sucessor, and a coupe. The Galibier, wich i'm not 100% sure, think already as been approved for production. From there, a 4 door and a coupe. Veyron don't know, but its impossible that Bugatti doesn't goes for a sucessor! It would be a total waste of knowledge and money not to take the engenering masterpiece that the Veyron is and improve it! Its unlogical for me.

I agree. I can't see them not making a Veyron successor. There's a market it

From my poor german i can figure out that the Galibier is confirmed, and VAG Board decided that Bugatti will stop make sportscars by 2014. For me doesn't makes any sense.

Veyron will be in production until 2014?
