Auto Express are well known for taking a microscopic rumour and blowing it up into a front page story with their own photoshops.

Would take it with a pinch, no, a kilo of salt!

There were a lot of rumors by Auto Express there turned into truth later, of course all rumors are need to be taken with a pint of salt, but EVO, Autocar and Auto Express are among rather credible sources, pf course imagination is running ahead of facts, but still. Especially when they are putting this information on the cover of the mag, not just on the website. I will try to search for some information and will update what I have found. At least I was told to expect surprise from Bugatti in the future, so who knows.

From what i know the next car from Bugatti will hit the streets in 2013.
They will display 3 futures for the brand as prototypes, for research among custumers.
One future is a four door coupe (Galibier)
Second could be this, a Veyron follower
Third not sure, but a coupe to continue the 57s Atlantique??
The costumers decide.

 

Third was suppose to be small coupe, Porsche 911, Audi R8 or Ferrari 458 Italia and Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 class.

^^^ Bugatti will not go this way, trust me or not, but all their products will be the top of food chain in the future.

 

They could even make a grand "Bugatti style" convertible you know something to compete with RR convertibles but who knows...
