Arrow Ooops, How not to back out into the street in a Bugatti Veyron

According to Jame's List:
"Here’s how to test drive a Bugatti Veyron: crank it up past 200 mph on the Autobahn with a coked-out supermodel riding shotgun. Here’s how not to test drive a Bugatti Veyron: back it into a Corolla two minutes after taking the wheel. While we unfortunately don’t have any video footage of the former scenario, we do of the latter thanks to one hapless schmuck in Chicago who did just that. Seems the unfortunate fellow was taking a tryout on a $1.5 million 2008 black-and-white Veyron 16.4 with a brown leather interior at Chicago’s Bentley Gold Coast recently when the feces hit the fan. Backing out into stalled traffic, he neatly clipped an idling Toyota for no apparent reason.

A gawker happened to capture the incident on video, and while it’s sadly lacking in loud crashing sounds there’s a satisfying scurrying of black-suited salesmen aghast at the accident, which was admittedly idiotic. Even more so because, after colliding with the Corolla, the dunderheaded driver changes direction and scrapes up the Veyron’s front bumper on the pavement. All in all he caused an estimated $30,000 worth of damage , or enough for a couple of brand new Corollas. Luckily there were no injuries, unless you count one seriously bruised ego. And since the Veyron’s still listed for sale on the dealership’s website the driver apparently decided to buy something with better rear visibility."

Uh. OK.
1) Did it come with the passenger side mirror delete?
2) What an absolutely idiotic place to have any kind of dealership.

As far as i'm concerned that's the dealers fault: they should be backing the car out of their premises, not the customer.

This. They never should've let this doofus back it out on his own.

The love tap didn't look that bad from the video but knowing Bugatti prices, $30k seems quite a bit lower than it ought to cost to fix right and account for depreciation as a result of the accident.
