30 yr Old Buys Italian House Just to Drive Zonda HH

One-of-a-Kind Pagani Zonda HH Commissioned by Chicago Software Mogul
There are exclusive supercars, and then there are one-of-a-kind supercars. As exclusive as their "standard" products are, niche manufacturer Pagani has carved out another niche for itself furnishing bespoke versions to the rich and famous. But while previous editions have been ordered by the likes of Qatari sheiks, aerospace concerns and air force squadrons, the latest, it has now been revealed, was ordered by a new-money software tycoon.
The car in question is the Zonda HH, a delicious amalgamation of the best elements from several recent variants. The man in question is one David Heinemeier Hansson – hence the initials, initially thought to belong to Hugh Hefner – the man behind the Ruby on Rails web-dev platform and the 37signals software firm. 30-year-old Heinemeier Hansson lives in Chicago, but since the Zonda isn't certified for use in the United States, he reportedly bought a vacation home in Italy...just so he could drive the thing. Now that's dedication. And wealth put to good use, we'd say.

The final specs of the Zonda HH should be around 680HP AMG V12 while weighing just under 2700 lbs. The body is full carbon fiber with lots of titanium bits and pieces.

I don't care that it is a repost. That is the most gorgeous zonda to date. I LOVE the colors and I think he picked the best design pieces from different variants. As with all zonda roadsters I love the teardrop design around the cockpit. And the fact he bought a house to drive the car...friggin perfect. Honestly what is better than having a vacation home in Italy? A vactation home with a Zonda. So Much Win.
