High speed key does make a difference on a Veyron, it would save up to 2 seconds I dare to say. Still 9ff is very very impressive, things they do with Porsches are very cool.
GT2 RS is a pure monster, probably the best car to enjoy here and the LFA time is simply LOL, I was never impressed with this car, but this is simply huge disappointment.

It does. From my understanding, the high speed key does not remove the limiter, it unleashes the full 1000+ HP. With the high speed key, the boost on the turbos is turned down, thus affecting acceleration.

The high speed key only lowers the car slightly and removes the speed limiter. I would be very surprised if it affects the engine output in any way.
