Your not trying to actually say that Talent is what is only rewarded are you? Quite often it is the exact opposite. Dale Earnhardt Jr. highest paid nascar driver, worst driver in field. Paul Walker, made fortunes with F&F movies horrible actor. Britney Spears, I mean really do we have to spell it out.
