Not a Bugatti expert in any way, but I don't believe that's a Centenaire.
The wheels are definitely wrong, the grille work should be light in color and the headlights appear to be the wrong style too. Also the one white Centenaire they built was more of an antique white color than a pure white you see on the car in your video.
