Bugatti questions
Got these pix in the email today. Nice looking Bugatti!
I heard that the tires will burn/shread if this car is ran at top speed for a long length of time without stopping, and the gas tank will get f'd up?
Is this true? And how much do these cars cost? Alot im guessing..

The gas tank doesn't get messed up, it runs out of gas after about 12 min at top speed. The tires can't take it either and will eventually blow but you'll probably run out of gas first. The Veyron has an MSRP of ~$1.6M but it's only that expensive because it's made of solid gold.
Also, Guy Lamotta used to have one but traded it for a gold plated canoe.

Most of us have seen the video of the car being certified at 253 mph (the "Captain Slow" video from Top Gear). He looked to ride it at top speed for a while.
The Veyron comes in so many different limited editions and iterations now that it is hard to generalize a price. At least $1 million.
