I lol'd. Just like the day I saw 2 Bentley CGTs and a Gallardo going at it in 35cm deep snow on the road. (Aka. ~14 inches)

1. Who buys a car that nice and lives in such a dump?

2. The roads were plowed, not that hard to get around if there is no real accumulation on the ground.

He doesn't own the car. He's an editor for Automobile magazine and the car is one of their long term test cars.
