I've been holding off pulling the Trigger on a Veyron because I knew eventually the first production one would become the base trim model... Glad I waited.

D55L, any word on a Texas edition with baseball mit leather?

Another year at this pace and they will run out of different color/wheel combos for their limited editions, when they get to a point where they find themselves with a car looking exactly like the first non-limited edition Veyron, which will be called the un-non-unlimited Limited edition Bugatto Veyron Special edition.

Seems that I do not understand this kind of humor and tired to repeat that all latest limited series were built with purpose to celebrate the Centenery of the brand and after customers requests to build somethig special. Hermes is an options package and only limited edition models were Pur Sang, Sand Noir and Nocturne (the last is included in Centenaire line as well). All others were one-offs and Centenaire line Veyron. I wonder why this fact amazes so much people here, in this market segment such kind of exclusivity is welcome if you want to sell all 300 of them. Bugatti is very customer oriented, if there were no customer requests, there would be no editions. These were the last based on coupe, we will see more based on Grand Sport, contunuing the colored carbon fiber theme. And it is great.

Yes, you right. I have already mentioned that Nocturne seems to be the last limited series Veyron with the last #300 Veyron is to be produced soon enough. The Grand Prix name is not confirmed, there are other names rumored too, as some sources state GT name is circulating as well. It is not logical to produced more powerful version as a limited edition, current customers will be so pissed after the launch, so if it will ever be produced, it will come as an independent model.

996_GT2 is an unknown quantity at this point
It might just be me, but I've never been a fan of this bubble car. It's fast, but the design doesn't do anything for me.
