While in Orlando this past week, decided to check out luxautica auto club. It's basically a private collection where he rents his cars out on a membership basis. Basic membership is around $40k and the 40k buys you 1200 points, (veyron, enzo, mc12 and soon to be CCXR) are 1000 a day, while a gallardo or GT3RS is around 18 a day. They also have a nice lounge upstaris and some sick Ferrari race simulators downstairs that they say are the closest thing to driving em as possible, and a pretty cool store in there as well. This place always amazes me. We stop in every year while in Orlando for wakeboard camp. The cars are incredible, but I don't get it as a business model. But then again, I may be overthinking it, as it may primarily be just a way for the guy to write off an incredible car collection . . .

 

That's a ludicrous amount of money to join, but wow. Just an insane collection of cars to drive!

 

Incredible; that would be the perfect setup if you had a lot of money but didn't want to own one of those cars.

 

The latter is what I was thinking as well amigo but it's sure is an incredible place!

 

That's where Don Wallce's CF/Polished Veyron ended up. I remember he had sold it a little while ago.
