My experience at Lamborghini Las Vegas

My experience at Lamborghini Las Vegas
When I was in Las Vegas for SEMA, I decided it might be worth my time to take a look at Lamborghini Las Vegas. I had also contemplated going to Wynn Ferrari/Maserati but when I looked in through the windows, I only saw F430s, GranTurismos and Quattroportes which I've seen plenty of before. I decided to skip it and I ventured on down the strip to The Palazzo. Once I figured out how to get there from inside The Palazzo, I was greeted by a very friendly (not to mention beautiful) young woman working at the front desk. She said I was free to walk around and snap as many photos as I pleased. When looking into the main showroom, you can immediately see a white Gallardo LP560-4, black and graphite Veyron, and a beautiful gold Murcielago LP640. Once you get past the front desk and walk beyond a slight wall, you are immediately greeted by a stunning Lamborghini Reventon! Behind that, against the main wall of Lamborghini Las Vegas, is a small curb upon which a stunning Monterey Blue LP640 and an older orange Gallardo Spyder sit, bathed in splendid orange light. Sandwiched in between all of these stunners is a gorgeous and sleek red Ford GT.

After snapping what seemed like hundreds of pics of the cars on the main showroom floor, I found a small, marble stairwell leading downstairs. There wasn't a sign, nor did I see anyone aside from employees use this staircase while I was in the showroom, so it was with slight hesitation that I descended the stairs.

Once I reached the bottom of the stairs and my eyes became adjusted to the dark atmosphere, I was simply floored by what I saw! "What could be better than a hopping Las Vegas nightclub?" I thought to myself. A hot Las Vegas nightclub filled not with beautiful women, but some of the hottest high performance cars money can buy!!!

A bunch of beautiful girls filling every open space in the club-like lower showroom would've been nice though!

Trying to find your way around the Palazzo/Venetian is one of the most confusing and frustrating experiences I have had in my life. I guess they do that on purpose so you can't find your way out and are forced to spend more time there.

From here, it was an exotic car-filled blur as I ran from wall to wall, drooling over some of the most fantastic cars I have ever laid eyes on! In the immediate left corner was an immensely stunning black on black Koenigsegg CCX with a Swedish flag hanging on the black leather-trimmed wall behind it, as if it was a display of the country's pride in this most incredible feat of engineering. At the entrance to the small cubby of cars to the left of the CCX was a black Gallardo Spyder, white RR Phantom, and a shiny red Saleen S7. Along the walls were another white Gallardo LP560-4, silver Spyker C8 roadster, and plethora of other miscellaneous Lamborghinis including an orange Gallardo Superleggera and the best of them all, a stunning Rosso Corsa Ferrari F50!!!! The showroom was gleaming like a bag of Skittles!

After leaving Lamborghini Las Vegas and walking well over a mile back to The Stratosphere, I couldn't help but feel as if I had witnessed something special. It really was a moving experience to see some of my dream cars (Bugatti Veyron, Koenigsegg CCX, Lamborghini Reventon, Spyker C8) and those that I've lusted after ever since I was a child (Ferrari F50) in the same place, at the same time. I feel truly honored to have witnessed such an amazing spectacle, both in terms of the sheer quality and quantity of gorgeous automotive eye candy, that occurred at the beginning of my trip to Las Vegas. Even after attending all 4 days of what can only be considered a car guy's equivalent of Heaven, my visit to Lamborghini Las Vegas remains the defining moment of my trip (besides going to In & Out Burger for the first time). I can't help but wonder when these cars will be freed from their safe, climate-controlled confines and be allowed to rule the streets as all vehicles of this caliber must do, and who the lucky people will be that took the reigns of these beasts.
I extend my biggest thanks to everyone at Lamborghini Las Vegas for giving me the opportunity to experience what truly was a life changing experience, and for their gracious hospitality.
