It’s official! German based supercar company Gumpert, officially confirmed today that it has chosen Evolution Motorsports in Tempe Arizona as its official U.S. assembly and performance vaildation center for the Gumpert Apollo.

The hand-made supercar is powered by a 4.2L V8 Audi engine that produces 650-hp with a maximum torque of 627 lb-ft. The 0 to 62 mph run comes in just 3 seconds with a top speed of 224 mph. The Gumpert Apollow will be available in three trim levels including Street, GT or Race Car Configuration.

According to Todd Zuccone, Founder of Evolution MotorSports, the Gumpert Apollo will cost $400,000 plus options and oter features.

Pretty low price for such an outrageous car.

That's what I was thinking... Seems almost "cheap".

Hope I get to see one on the road someday. Much more extreme than a CGT.

 

This 650hp version is the base Apollo model.

If I saw one on the street I would probably scream like a little girl That thing is sick and surprisingly "affordable"

 

The 400k price tag is base with no options, I believe the orange Apollo that EVO just did is the standard model with 650hp + options = $575k
