Sure, Mario has mental issues but as long as he's kept happy he will score goals and at the least make the best defenders shake in their boots.

RVP is a great player, he has served his club amicably and is fiercely loyal to Arsenal, therefore in my eyes if he does leave, which looks highly likely, I can't see him playing for another Premier League club.

I agree, even though I like the thought of him leaving and Arsenal getting lots of money I don't like the way he has handled it so far. By saying publically that he wants to leave Arsenal and won't sign another contract with them other clubs know they can buy him for a rather small transfer sum. It's good for him, but it's hurting Arsenal. What a douche move...
