RIP Junior and Fight On forever! I'm still skeptical that it was a suicide.

Why are you skeptical? His life has gone down the shitter the last 3 years and junior is the kind of guy who would think about the "good" that could come from the research on his brain. The crazy thing is he is now 1 of 8 guys for
The Chargers Super Bowl team that have passed away.

RIP JS, you were a true beast on the field and gentleman off.

R.I.P.--Just heard the news when I got home from work. Def. one of my favorite players to watch growing up. I've even eaten at his restaurant out there in CA.

RIP. he did a lot of good, but I still think its very selfish/short-sighted to take your own life.

RIP Junior... I feel this loss closer than most. I've been a fan/follower of Seau's career since his USC days. We're pretty close in age, so it was fun to see him move up the ranks. Something must've been seriously wrong for him to take his own life...

I was really looking forward to him earning his spot in the HoF and hearing his induction speech. I do hope science learns something from his brain (not sure if he was one that agreed to donate his or not though). RIP Junior.

I have a hard time buying that he took time to think about preserving his brain for science and yet did not think about asking for help so he could be alive for his kids. Had a few encounters with the guy at my place of work with his kids, very loving father and humble great guy all around.
Really gave me goosebumps to hear this news.

if he did indeed commit suicide, it had to be caused (at least in part) from all the trauma his brain suffered. for some people, there is no cure or counseling. calling him selfish is pretty short sighted if you knew what kind of person he truly was.
