I think you'll see England open up now against their next two opponents. France was definitely the big gun in the group, and you have to say that England got a result against them.

I just looked back over the WC squads of the last 20 years... England of 2006 should have been so much better.

Hah Sweden sucked majorly..everyone besides Zlatan played like a boys 12 team..no guts.. a cowardly game! They deserved to loose.
And most likely they are done and out of this tournament..
England should thank higher powers..cause they were damn lucky.. one set piece gave them a goal.
Rest of the match after that they were under immense pressure, i see no future for them in this tournament either.

knocking england? Wow personally was pleasantly surprised by hodgsons football and thought they did more than okay against a much better side and the score is def in their favour now
they created a number of chances that could have been converted with focus imo
sweden losing sucks coz i like u lot but honestly there wasnt much fight in there.. not to take anything away from ukraines fight back
