I really felt bad for them throwing 3 goals and 3 points away. I felt like I was watching Arsenal!

Pathetic, I'm so tired of this season already.

Could be a bargain at $10 million.

Chelsea could look to strengthen their attack over the summer by launching a £10m bid for Fulham goal machine Clint Dempsey. The 28-year-old is in exquisite form for the Cottagers and André Villas-Boas is believed to be a fan.

Chelsea will certainly look to strengthen their attack over the summer with André Villas-Boas set to receive solid financial backing from Roman Abramovich. The Blues have struggled slightly upfront since Didier Drogba departed to the African Cup of Nations, and with the Ivorian looking likely to leave in the summer, Chelsea willl have to make sure they find a quick replacement. In my opinion Dempsey would be an ideal addition to the Chelsea attack and for the relatively paltry fee of £10m, they really can’t go wrong.

Fulham manager Martin Jol lost Bobby Zamora during the January transfer window, so when the summer comes around, I can’t imagine he will be all that keen on losing Dempsey, especially to his local rivals. As we know however, in the business of football it is becoming increasingly noticeable that every player has their price, and if a suitable bid were to come in, Jol may have no choice but to accept it.

The USA international has become the Cottagers first choice striker recently and with him improving his performances in every game, as well as banging in crucial goals, you would expect it to remain this way.

Fulham would only be left with Andrew Johnson left to play up front If Dempsey did depart, so if Fulham were to let him leave, they would have to make sure it was for a good price as they would need to enter the transfer market themselves to find an immediate replacement.

Dempsey would slot straight into the Chelsea squad in my opinion and his signing would be sure to give Fernando Torres a wake up call!

Some more news:

Inter Milan consider move for Villas-Boas

Andre Villas-Boas is among the candidates being considered as the next Inter Milan coach for next season, according to Italian newspaper Tuttosport.

Villas-Boas has come under fire from some Chelsea supporters following their failure to compete for the title this season.

Fans became more angry on Sunday when their team threw away a three-goal lead against Manchester United and former boss Jose Mourinho has been linked with a shock return to Stamford Bridge.

Claudio Ranieri's position has come under threat as Inter have failed to win in their last four games and have conceded eight goals in just two games.

Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti is believed to be a big admirer of Villas-Boas and could consider a move for the Portuguese coach if he fails to stay at Chelsea.

Even though Sundays game ended 3-3 I think it's a "win" for United to fight their way back as they did. Like Rooney said, Sure it's 2 points dropped on Man City but I'm sure they (Man City) are not happy with the spirit and power United showed bringing a 3-0 up to a 3-3 on Stanford Bridge.

Agreed, that fight back could be the momentum Man U need for the rest of the season. In contrast it does exactly the opposite for Chelsea. I have a feeling we will drop a lot more points before the season is over.
