Ok, yes I am cheering for the Rangers and I have never liked Larussa, but I do like Pujols. He is the best in the game and has been for several years. He deserves a lot of respect as does Larussa even though I don't like him. Larussa really is one the best managers in the game. He outmanages so many other managers in individual games it's not even funny. He's crafty and knows how to win.

 

LaRussa overused his bullpen to get to the WS. Let's see if he pays for that.

You can't start subbing in for matchups in the 4th inning with the Rangers. They are too deep.

 

^^I agree, but his bullpen has been lights out. Dotel is pitching the best he has since he set up for Billy Wagner in Houston. But if their starters don't pitch deeper in games than Texas is for sure going to feast on them. Especially when the ball is carrying in Arlington.
