I thought Jeter had hit that ball out in the 8th inning.
Five years ago that ball would have been 10 rows deep and the Yankees move on.
The torch has passed a bit from Jeter to a new generation.
Didn't A-Rod strike out to end the Yankees playoff run last year too?? Against the Rangers?
