I made the mistake of comparing this to the 2008 Yankees to my Red Sox buddy at the bar earlier tonight. Boy was that a mistake. I had to get my cheesesteak to go.

They will pull it off. Today was a HUGE win for them.

But they are coming into the playoffs cold as ice.

Actually, they are even.

A month ago they were as many as 10 games up in that wild card race.

You don't really follow baseball, do you Chis?
