A new rule is desperately needed for spectators at PGA golf events. Anyone who shouts "its in the hole!" or "you da' man!!!" after a tee shot, especially on par 4's or 5's, should be immediately ejected from the venue.

The PGA needs Tiger to win this almost as much as Tiger needs to win this.
