Just got home from the game. Amazing freekick from Alex.

 

City were lucky to beat Newcastle today. I'm starting to have an intense dislike of City and am horrified to see them sitting in second place.
Result of the day though had to be Blackpool beating Liverpool 2-1. the Scousers now sit third from bottom ho ho.

I'll say it again....I would take Drogba over any other striker in the world.

You give him the ball, he scores.
you ask him to track back and defend, he does it with the best of them.
You ask him to possess the ball and hold up play....what can I say, I dont think there is a stronger, harder to disposses player out there, and his ball control is amazing too.

you can make your arguments for Messi and Rooney...blah, blah, blah......none of them are as well rounded.
