Why does he need a mortgage anyway? I'm sure he can pay for the place out of pocket.

He could pay cash but with money so cheap his finanical team earned their pay check on that advise. He'll earn that in endorsements in two years but he is hedging a little. He may be a shitty husband but he is not stupid. Nice play.

Well according to forbes he made 105 million in 2010 even with his bad press. given the huge sum he had to pay to his wife (100 million), in 5 years he should be able to pay the mortgage no problem.

the guys who should be worried are all the guys in florida who are gonna hage to share the 3 blonde girls tiger hasen't already f*****d.
