first of all were u even supporting barca at that time?
second, it is well known that madridistas appreciate creative football.. it doesnt matter who it is, if its zidane, ronaldo di lima, rivaldo, ronaldinho, messi, cristiano, etc. they stand up and applaud these legends no matter what..
yes, madridistas stood up for ronaldinho on that night in the santiago, but that wasn't humilation.. but ur players were humilated.. and that burst their bubble and made them win their 6 titles.. oh and i wont forget they beat madrid 6-2 in the santiago..
and yes barcelona was the better team for the past couple of years, even when we won the title in 2006-07 real madrid were hungry for a title and they did everything to win and they fought till the last minute and everyone knows that.. and that was the main reason behind taking the title from barca..
2007-08 was an easier year for madrid and they won the title more comfortably..
2008-09 was barclona year without a shadow of a doubt on all stages..
but 2009-10.. we have a squad as strong as barcelona's.. and yes we r only playing for la liga although this was madrid's CL year but $hit happens..
lets see what happens on saturday, then we'll talk.. oh but if anyone thinks that the result of the classico will determine the winner of la liga then obviously u dont really know the capabilities of both these great teams..
both teams will fight till matchday 38!!!

Bro I agree with almost everything you said. And you and I have discussed this subject at length many times. First of all I can vouch for Bonita that she has been a Barca supporter before 2004 ( I jumped on the band wagon in feb. 2006).
there are two points you made that I disagree with, First the point about El Classico not being decisive I believe the winner of the Classico will have one hand on the trophy and the mentality boost you get from winning the game will spur the winning team to win La liga. At the same time the looser of the match will probably falter after that result. It's simple the psychological edge the winner of the match will get will give them enough momentum to win it.
My second point is when you said Real have a squad as strong as Barcelona. Sorry on paper maybe but in practice not even close Barcelona have managed to create a team of stars as opposed to have stars in their team. Meaning Barca's team has grown organically over several years while Real for the most part buy big names every transfer window. Having said that I believe that the only team in Europe that has the potential to match, or even surpass Barca's dominance is Real. Alas that will never happen since Real's management will always force players in/out regardless of what the manger thinks and will change managers at least once a season. If ,and this is a huge if, Real don't end up sacking Pelegrini and support him in his choices for reinforcements in the summer Real would become a team that can challenge for every title on offer
