probably meant to slash the post or crossbar and caught his goalie...embarrassing and dumb.
Did the goalie actually end up injured though ? Those masks are supposed to take a 100mph puck but he felt the slash through it ?

about a month old guys. He was swinging for the goal-post.
The only injury was a lacerated ear from a plastic bit inside the mask catching his ear.
Nobody feels worse than the defenseman I'm sure.
