Why? Because after a loss, teams suppose to lose rank not gain a spot. It doesn't make any sense. I know other teams lost and that's why they, most likely, moved up but it still BS.

Not saying that always happens, amazing how quickly people forgot (and the sportscasters never mention) Georgia vs. Hawaii. The BCS gets exposed every year but unfortunately no one has done anything about it yet.
People bitch about LSU moving up, but their two losses are to arguably the #1 team in the country both times, and both games were close. They are probably the 4th best team in the country.

Unfortunately, teams like TCU, Boise State, Utah etc. usually come to play in games like this because they know it will basically make or break their program. Teams like Alabama, USC, etc. otoh tend to not really give a shit and are dissapointed they aren't playing for either a national championship or a bowl game against someone respectable and lose.

Orlando, UBC, Chris, et al, I am sorry for you team's loss tonight. Help me understand why you think that they (USC) are as strong of a program as you say. I am not trying to start a SEC vs. PAC10 war, I am just trying to understand why you all as well as the media thinks that they are the best. I guess I just likend them to the Notre Dame of the early 90s.

It's fairly simple, really. The Pac-10 is the best division in football with the most ranked teams and USC will play more top 25 teams this year than any other college football team (6 teams). Oh, and they kinda suck this year. But one year does not make or break the greatest football dynasty in history.

^You are truly delusional if you believe the PAC10 is the best in the country
Also, do you really believe that USC is the greatest football dynasty ever, ifso, than you need to be put in a straight jacket.

Forget who plays the most ranked teams, who has the most ranked teams, do you think Oregon could beat any of those three teams? I don't, maybe LSU, but that is a stretch. I think it is obvious the SEC is by far and away the hardest conference this year, they have arguably the three best teams in the country.

Do you really believe that the Pac-10 is the best conference in the country? Your best team, Oregon, lost to Boise State. Do you think any team in the Pac-10 could beat Florida/Alabama/LSU this season?
