Dana: Once again, I consult you regarding the issue. How does the shooter being a police officer affect the investigation and issue at hand? Does he receive some benefit during the course of the investigation, more scrutiny, or is it irrelevant?

Assuming the shooting was justified, I hope California does what's right here.

That's easy, in Los Angeles, only Ben Afleck, Rambo, and cops are allowed to have CCW.

If it had been a regular ole citizen, he would be in jail right now for defending his family. The media has to justify this self defense shooting by emphsizing that this is a police shooting, and that regular ole people shouldn't have guns.

This is what a Democrat run state looks like. Only those with connections can get CCW, a 20 billion deficit, and 11.5% unemployment.

And this is what BHO wants to copy for the rest of the country.
