Ha! Is Tim Herron even playing?
Even though the greens are soft, I can't believe a short hitter like Weir is going to survive if the USGA decides to play the course at length (7426 yrds/par 70 )
Lefty has a reasonable chance I think with a good even par 1st round. Tiger needs to step it up tomorrow, obviously...
What's everyone's guess on winning score? I think even par wins if it continues to rain and the USGA lengthens it to the tips. Remember: play it as it lies...

I've been there the last three days (last practice and first two championship days). Thursday was an absolute mess..I can't see how anyone was able to play in that. I think Phil has a good chance, but I think Sean O'hair can come out of no where. Right now it's a few less known players at the top, but that will all change in a couple of days.

Yikes! Ricky Barnes? 8 under? And, Tiger flirting with the cut line?
Wow...the soft conditions are making it target practice out there despite the length.
Now I think 6 or more under wins...I think...
