My weak and rundown Lakers are trying to somehow prepare to take on the mighty Utah Jazz in the first round of the NBA playoffs.....ok, so I may be sandbagging a bit

How about a friendly wager on the series? Any ideas? I am thinking that if the Lakers win, the Jazz fans have to put "The Lakers Rule!!!!" In their sig line for a month. If the Jazz win, Laker fans will have to put a Utah Jazz logo in their avatar for a month. Just an idea. Anyone game?

 

you've got to give us some sort of spread here! I like the thought but the Lakers are obviously going to win so I say for Lakers fans to win they have to win it in 4 games.

 

The consensus seems to be the Lakers in 5 or 6. How about Lakers in 5 or less means Laker win. Jazz logo in the avatar is a bit steep for a "moral victory" by the Jazz. Something about the Jazz in sig line, to be mutually agreed upon.....

 

not sure I see my Jazz winning 2 agains the Lake-Show... I'll have to consult privately with the other Jazz fan(s) and we will consider your offer and report back.

you can't put a spread on the series. if i were a jazz fan, i'd stay away like the plague.

It was worth a try Isn't Utah supposed to be one of the toughest arenas on visiting teams in the NBA???? I was expecting more from the very vocal Jazz fans in here......

 

Things are not looking too great for the Jazz at this point.
