Angels Pitcher Adenhart Killed In Crash
#22
The makeshift memorial that E pictured above was really something. The crowds at the game were huge and the memorial was right out in front of the stadium's main entrance. People were excited about the games and were loud and boisterous - as expected. But when you got close to the memorial, everything around you got silent and reverant. It was the most amazing feeling. The respect and care felt by everyone there was overwhelming.
It is moments like that when I am once again convinced that people - especially Americans - are basically good. It would have taken a very hard heart not to be touched at the games this weekend.
