WCQ: United States vs Mexico (Spoilers if you haven't seen the game)
Anyone watch the World Cup Qualifying game between U.S. and Mexico? It was a bit of a scrappy game, but I'm glad the U.S. was able to pull out the 2-0 victory.
Just a couple things of note:
Why do we continue to call up Beasley, he's fast.....that's it. He cant pass or cross, so why is Bradley playing him on the wing.
I also think we should start with Altidore, not Ching. Altidore is a lot stronger, more physical player, I think if he had played up front he could have held the ball up a lot better and maybe Donovan would have been more involved in the game.

I agree with you 100% about Beasley and Altidore. Also, Frankie Hejduk? Who keeps thinking he's good? Why not Jonathan Spector instead?
Until the US can count on goals from more than just Landi-cakes, they will never get past the first knock-out rounds in the WC. Where was Freddy Adu, btw?
