Any Laker fans here on TS?

That is funny!!!!! If I was a Jazz fan, I would hate the Lakers too.....

Right??? Did you hear that Dana? Your hatred of anything having to do with the Hub and her teams is overshadowing the fact that as loyal Jazz fans Kobe Bryant is Satan's cocky kin and every failure of the Lakers is a step forward for the best team in the NBA to never win a championship... the Jazz.

I am going to go out on a limb here and predict that the Jazz will go down in history as the best team in the NBA toNEVER win a championship.

Trust me. I love the Jazz. I was in the Delta Center for both Finals losses against the Bulls. I have both a John Stockton and Karl Malone rookie card ('87 Fleer - Beckett graded gem mint 10), I have a lifesize poster of Mark Eaton, an autogaphed picture of Frank Layden and a banner signed by Adrian Dantley. I even went to a Jerry Sloan management seminar - sponsored by John Deere!!
During my time at my old law firm I had occasion to be in a meeting with Phil Jackson. At the end of the meeting I shook his hand and asked him if he thought Jordan fouled Russell on the final play of the '98 Finals. He put his arm in my chest, pushed me and said "you mean like that?" It was hilarious.
I have several very traumatic sports experiences that will always sting. That shot - along with the "flu" game - are the two most painful. After that it is JD Drew's HR off of K-Rod in last year's MLB playoffs.
I LOVE THE JAZZ!! But my hatred for all things Boston-sports-related is even stronger.

EDIT: and because I know you felt the same pain I will never question your Jazz fanhood again.

Just for the record, I used to like the Jazz, until they started booing Dfish... one of the classiest players to every play the game. When you boo somebody, and accuse them of making up a serious injury/illness to their own daughter, just so they can get out of a contract... that's pretty petty. Which is why Kobe when on a tear in Utah last season

The Trailblazers with Drexler were really, really good as well as the Kings with Weber, Bibby, et al.
Drexler must have a Jordan photo with a knive stuck in the middle. If not for Jordan, Drexler would have been one of "the men" of the game and would've won several championships with the Blazers + the one with the Rockets.

No love for Darrell Griffith? If he'd played in Boston or New York, he would be considered a borderline Hall-of-Famer.
What did you learn at Jerry Sloan's management training, midwestern cuss words???

Fellow TS Laker fans, its almost time. The Lakers are about to start this year's run to the inevitable........This one will be ever so sweet for Kobe. My prediction. Lakers over Cavs in 6. Kobe is finals MVP.
