Since 2000 he is 50% in 8 years. Not bad if I you ask me I bet their are many programs that would love to have this record.

2000 Oklahoma 13–0 8–0 1st W Orange
2001 Oklahoma 11–2 6–2 2nd W Cotton
2002 Oklahoma 12–2 6–2 T–1st W Rose
2003 Oklahoma 12–2 8–0 1st L Sugar
2004 Oklahoma 12–1 8–0 1st L Orange
2005 Oklahoma 8–4 6–2 2nd W Holiday
2006 Oklahoma 11–3 7–1 1st L Fiesta
2007 Oklahoma 11–3 6–2 1st L Fiesta

SC played great yesterday in the first half but JoPa made some adjustments in the 2nd half it was just to late. I do not like SC but I will give Pete C an Atta' Boy for building one hell of a program. I know if I was a blue chip player and I was offered a spot at SC or OU I would probably lean towards SC for the weather, The ocean, Big Bear and of course the woman. OU has some beautiful woman but SC has so many more.
It's not even worth arguing with then. They probably thing the PAC 10 is the best basketball division too.

Basketball? What is that? You can have that sport. (But, as I bite my tongue even uttering the phrase, don't the FUCLA cubs have the best program in the nation; any sport in which FU***La dominates is not really something of interest to me.)

Football is the only sport I am concerned with.

Fight On.

(Seriously, you guys have made my New Years -- thanks for the good fun and I am not taking this seriously. I am just pissed that SC blew it and now I cannot get fitted for my 3rd faux national championship ring.)

Yes, a GTR with a voided warranty and broken transmission.

It's hard to bet against USC. They are penalized by not playing a league championship game and the Big 10 usually provides an average, overated team for SC to mandhandle.

The SEC was down this year and though we're UT season ticket holders and donate to the athletic program, I remain objective in saying that it's hard to fathom until you experience the SEC 1st hand. The intensity and level of play across the board year-to-year is at a level similiar to the Big East was in basketball in the early 80's.

The Big 12 has gained ground and the two Oregon school and hiring Neuhisel and Harbaugh will make the Pac-10 stronger mid-pack. The ACC is slowly becoming stronger as well.

The regional debates are one of the things that make college football special. Imagine how much it will grow in popularity when a playoff is finally implemented!

You are spot on. Went to a Florida game. They literally shut down all surrounding communities from Thursday to game day -- teachers report in sick, businesses have skeleton crews and RVs were lined up all the way to the stadium.

In SEC country, FOOTBALL = LIFE.

I very much hate USC because their fans are very arrogant and "bandwagonish" but they are the best team in the country. There is no doubt in my mind they would crush UF, Utah, and OU.

Luckily, we read the stadium guidelines beforehand...no "pro" style cameras. So, left the Canon 50D at home and brought the SD750 point-and-shoot for shots/video.
