It actually would be legal if you didn't take a rake (similar to how a home game is legal). I'm not sure how easy it'd be to add though, but it'd be cool if you could.

Nice, are you guys planning on using real money (and not taking a stake)? I think that'd be good. It's legal---I know for a fact. But upto you guys though. And if you are using real money, what payment system are you using?

The thing about this is that the options are unlimited. The code monkey's that work from me ALL came out of the gaming world. They're the ones that created Real Time Gamings backbone, and my biz partner is the guy who literally created the code for 3/4 of the lottery's in the US. We really just need to figure out how deep the interest runs, which will then guage how far to take the poker room.
