Surprisingly dark color for a GSM - looks like a deep SRH syrah, even though only a small portion is syrah. Through some heat on the nose, I get chocolate covered coffee beans and some perfumed berries and a vegetal component. The mouthfeel is soft, but I wouldn't call it 'silky' - it's more full, I guess. The flavor profile shows a lot of creme brulee, with the scorched sugar and grand marnier, then sweet blueberry syrup with more coffee bean and some additional heat. Finish is primarily chocolate, coffee, and spring water, rather short.
