A lot of places use Blue Moon, or another wheat beer, because of the normal pairing with an orange.

I ate/drank there last night, though it was the San Antonio location. I live within walking distance, so it's a frequent stop on my schedule. Had the 512 Wit and the Stella Artois last night. Both really great.
