On a serious note, has anyone tried the Entourage fad 'Avion' tequila?

Avion Tequila. Ive tried all 3, and honestly, I'm not all that impressed. I know they claim to have the best agave at teir disposal, but from what I was able to sample it seemed....lackluster. I do admit that at this point Im pretty jaded when it comes to tequila....

Recently I was askedto be one of 8 judges at the Monterey tequila expo and the overall winner of that event (blind tasting) was Asombroso Tequila. the extra anejo took top honors as well as the anejo, and the blanco took bronze. It was the only tequila to place in 3 out of 4 categories. The reopsado was really the only one not to place....this was out of 68 total tequilas that we tried. 23 blancos, 20 reposados, 22 anejos and 3 extra anejos.

 

Not at all a tequilla guy but I like it from time to time. We took Patron and Avion to do a taste amongst a party we had and pretty much everyone ended up liking the Patron better.
