That is a pretty expensive rare wine ~400 cases a year made, the smallest number for any of the DRC Monopole, DJ. I saw advertisement for a single bottle going ~$11k.
You sure you want to drink that already it's still pretty young? I would decant that baby a couple of times try and get it to open up! Enjoy!
