New F1 Movie - RUSH (directed by Ron Howard)

Really looking forward to this one! Hollywood budget, currently filming at the Nurburgring Nordschleife in replica McLaren M23's. Story revolves around the '76 F1 Championship between Niki Lauda (who's serving as a technical consultant for the film) and James Hunt.

The film is going to be historically and technically accurate (Ron Howard has directed films including as Apollo 13 & Beautiful mind), and if you know the '76 story, it's amazing.

Lookings promising! Good F1 movies are rare these days.... Motorsport movies as a genre is slim.

He has a picture of the Tyrrell P34 on his twitter, wonder if that's making it in the movie? Love that 6 wheeler, especially since I have some of the front tires but in hillclimb compound
