Typically, OEM replacement parts are more desirable than aftermarket parts to the average car enthusiast. Occasionally though, technological advances in parts manufacturing make an aftermarket part much more sensible & a wise choice.
Uro replacement tail light lenses are molded in color, not painted - dramatically increasing the life of the color. Newer injection molding technology has also been used to create these lenses, resulting in superior color consistency compared to OEM.

ECS offers real chrome-rimmed lenses for '69-'72 models & rich black-rimmed lenses for '73-'89 models.
