Today I removed the rockers, camshafts, heads and rods. Time to clean and then package the important stuff and ship to a good machine shop for some work!
By the looks of it those rod bearing shells needs to be replaced along with the crank shells. Make sure you get some and have them WPC treated along with all your other internals.
The build is currently on hold, heads are being rebuilt by G2Performance, rods by Rennsport and cams reground by John Dougherty. Hope to get all parts in in a month or so to start re-assembling.
Here is my custom harness built by a good friend. Top notch quality, will be plug and play for my new EFI setup and MSD. Heat shrunk and wrapped in fiberglass sheathing.

All new custom fuel lines installed
Radio deleted and wideband/voltmeter gauges installed (not wired yet)
Rebuilt heads received
Other ongoing bits include
1) Old fuel tank is out, area is being cleaned and painted. New fuel tank on the way.
2) Replacing old main fusebox with ATO fusebox and revisiting the entire wiring of the car
3) Oil cooling system fully removed and will be replaced soon
4) All brakes coming off, calipers being rebuilt and new brakes installed.
5) Suspension will be refreshed and car lowered to Euro height
6) EFI system and ECU will be installed and wired
7) Engine bay cleaned and painted
and many other things.. looks like my time line will be extended.. will start assembling the engine in a week when my rebuilt rods arrive.
